Stay at Home means under lock-up! >> NO … NO … not at all…

Most of the people are feeling like this as watching social media updates, I think we are not in the right direction, as we are confusing our-selves & entering in a big junk of negative thoughts day by day.

How many times we spare our time for self exploratory? Most of the people say about that we are on it, but truthfully we are busy with our own multi level schedules.

How many times we spare slot for own inner soul? We are just kidding with our own inner junctions with permutation and combinations of situations arising inside us. About the solution we doesn’t think, which will be started from our body with mindful exercise to move toward self exploration. As we get this time to make connection of our body with our soul, but we get bored because one of the reason might be; we have not planned yet even though doesn’t think about it. One famous quote explained about this situation as……

“Boredom is the vital problem for the moralist; since at least half of the sins of mankind are caused by the fear of it” Bertrand Russell

Just to explain how to remove boredom, I have gone through a wonderful mindful exercise ‘Vipassana‘ which is widely known as best meditation technique. This is one of the best tool to explode boredom. Here are some benefits as I experienced,…………

  • Developed peace of mind & you get filled with positive energy.
  • New ERA for perspective about life & you learn to live in present.
  • You feel gratitude towards nature and pure religion.
  • Purely believing in KARMA.

As we started to know about ‘Stay at Home’, for whom are we doing it? A famous person said, as we pure inside than we can look outside pure also. So to do good for our family, society, nation & for next generation we have to start with our own good thoughts and right actions; which can only be developed by self exploratory (meditation).

Now I just want to mentor / educate you all, please utilize your time to develop & to get these wonderful mindful exercise results. We should thank the nature to give us these 21 magnificent days (lock-down period), because to develop any habit we need to go through a ’21 Days Cycle’; it’s the right time to develop these techniques which will definitely help us to organize / align our brain & body with our inner/ pure soul.

Might be I am wrong or might be less educated to teach all of you, but as I experienced so expressed it. Just try to put a little hand to these …..
