WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY COMMUNICATE

First of all, we have to understand, what is actually communicate ? in simple words communication is nothing but giving & receiving information such as Ideas, feeling, latest updates, etc. There is only a difference in choosing Method & Media to transmit the information from one point to another. By below two way we Communicate :

1. Physical: All shaped things which are easily visible as well as can sense by touch or visual. These are actually a part of Art, Science, Engineering, etc.
2. Spiritual: These types are under non-visible things, basically these link with the feel & smell. These are actually related to Knowledge of Body & Soul.

HOW TO COMMUNICATE

Now needs to understand the way of transmitting information from one place to another place, below are two ways :

1. Method: Here we are best utilizing our all senses i.e. Listening, Speaking, Observing, Empathizing, Feeling, etc.
2. Media: After grabbing information than needs to choose the right media to transmit information in a full manner i.e. Physically, Wireless, Electronically via Phones, E-mails, Social Media platform, etc.

WAY/ METHOD OF PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION

1. Conventional Method: It is the way of simple & formal communication in our daily manner but both sides convincing is must be required.
2. Question -Answer Method: We can say it’s the oldest method of communication and most of the spiritual literature is written in this method. One of the best examples is our “Shri Madh Baghwat Geeta”.
3. Demonstration Method: Practical, as well as Verbal communication, will be performing together to transmit the conversation/information. Any product’s proto trial is the best example of this communication.
4. Contemporary Method: This is the advanced and most common method used nowadays, so this is also known as the Modern Method. It refers to something being used now based on new developments in science, engineering, or social changes.
5. Learning by Doing: Pure practical experience is the only way to achieve such a level of communication. Also learning by doing is one of the best methods which I used mostly to take the best performance by showing Bench Marking on practical performance on product lines.

WHAT ARE KEY FACTOR OF RIGHT COMMUNICATIONS

Communication itself has a large area to transmit from one to another but the scope is very limited to take ineffectiveness, such as:-

1. Picking of Right Media
2. Listening must be your 1st Choice
3. Remember to communicate using nonverbal and verbal cues (Non-Verbal techniques give the best results in the gathering)
4. Self Clarity of Content with Concision delivery
5. Rigidness will become a barrier, so be friendly with the audience
6. Be Confident to deliver (Get comfortable speaking contemporaneously)
7. Empathy to the audience
8. Open-Mindedness (Engage the audience in the discussion & Get to know your audience)
9. Keeping in mind about your Start and end key points
10. Respect Other which leads to control your words

Our focus must be on the PIP (Purpose Importance Preview) approach which adds novelty to improve audience retention to make a complete close look cycle of communications. Last but not least on above that neutral feedback all help you in the improvement of your communications.

Communication Skills is an essential tool to grow in today’s era, without this skill we can’t lead a team, and knowing many things are good but could not express or convince others is shows failure to our skills. Communicating clearly is one of the most effective skills you can cultivate as a leader inside you. Listen carefully to what others have to say, and over-communicate in novel ways to ensure the content of the conversation sticks with the audience.
